Collection 17367 was collected by E. Grilli (990807.06) on 7th August 1999 in Mt. Acquaviva, Fara San Martino (CH), Abruzzo, ITALY (approx. 42.0977°N, 14.1424°E, altitude approximately 2400 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Cistaceae (genus Helianthemum) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as alpine shrubland pastureland with a substrate of soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
