    Collection 10924 was collected by H.J. Beker on 22nd April 2005 in Westhoek, West Flanders, BELGIUM (51.0875°N, 2.5755°E, altitude approximately 5 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as coastal dune with a substrate of calcareous, sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Pileus: 13–17 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters smooth; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous no; colour variation unicolor; with colour at centre umber; and colour at margin not recorded; with remains of universal veil no.

    Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 3 mm; number of complete lamellae 33; tears absent; white fimbriate edge absent.

    Stipe: 14–23 x 2–3 {median} x 2–4 {basal} mm; stipe Q 5.0–8.0; base tapering; floccosity pruinose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow, superior wick; stipe flesh discolouring from base yes; slenderness measure 7.8; smell cocoa; taste bitter weakly.
