Collection 12376 (held at herbarium GB) is Hebeloma velatum.

    Collection 12376 was collected by E. Larsson (289-08), det: J. Vesterholt on 12th October 2008 in Bács-Kiskun, Fülöpházal, Fülöházi buckavidék, south of the road, HUNGARY (approx. 46.87°N, 19.46°E, altitude approximately 105 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Pinaceae (genus Pinus) and Salicaceae (genus Populus) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of sandy soil.
