Collection 10648 (herbarium acc. no. C JV-99-631) is Hebeloma velatum.

    Collection 10648 was collected by J. Vesterholt (99-631) on 24th October 1999 in Romo, S of Lakolk, SJ, DENMARK (approx. 55.14°N, 8.52°E, altitude approximately 5 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as coastal dune with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Cfb (Temperate, no dry season, warm summer).
