Collection 11777 was collected by P.-A. Moreau, det: H.J. Beker on 13th November 2006 in Abscon, Nord Pas de Calais, FRANCE (50.3237°N, 3.3022°E, altitude approximately 55 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as calcareous, chalky quarry with a substrate of mossy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. Pileus: 11–14 mm diameter; shape umbonate; margin characters smooth; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous no; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre yellowish brown; and colour at margin dark pinkish buff; with remains of universal veil no.
Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 4 mm; number of complete lamellae 31; tears absent; white fimbriate edge present.
Stipe: 22–37 x 2–3 {median} x 2–3 {basal} mm; stipe Q 11.0–12.3; base cylindrical; floccosity fibrous; rooting no; mycelial chords no.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base weak; slenderness measure 26.3; smell raphanoid weakly; taste not recorded.
Spore deposit colour: yellowish brown, brownish olive.
Exsiccata: normal.
