Collection 17325 (herbarium acc. no. DUKE 0351083, DUKE PMI27) is Hebeloma cavipes.

    Collection 17325 was collected by R. Vilgalys, A. Rojas, B. Looney, J. Chen, P. Busby, S. Brown, J. Spatafora on 25th October 2016 in BESG GWAS garden, Corvallis, Benton Co., Oregon, UNITED STATES (approx. 44.5881°N, 123.1934°W, altitude approximately 60 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Populus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of soil.

    According to the GPS data the collection was in the Willamette Valley oak savanna WWF ecoregion The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) have divided the world into 867 terrestrial ecoregions.
