Collection 12346 was collected by J. Vesterholt (08-350) on 23rd September 2008 in Hiiumaa, Käina commune, Kassari, Sääre, camping place, ESTONIA (approx. 58.7853°N, 22.8286°E, altitude approximately 15 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Cistaceae (genus Helianthemum) and Pinaceae (genus Pinus) were present.
The surrounding habitat was described as campsite with a substrate of calcareous alvar, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
