    Collection 12664 was collected by H.J. Beker on 22nd September 2008 in Lekinsko, POLAND (51.2029°N, 19.3868°E, altitude approximately 250 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Betula), Pinaceae (genus Pinus) and Fagaceae (genus Quercus) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as mixed woodland plantation roadside shrubland with a substrate of acidic, grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 2 mm; number of complete lamellae 80; tears visible with x10 lens; white fimbriate edge not recorded.

    Stipe: 34 x 7 {median} x 9 {basal} mm; stipe Q 4.9; base clavate; floccosity pruinose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 5.9; smell none; taste not recorded.

    Spore deposit colour: umber.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape clavate-stipitate, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features geniculate; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 2.00; A/B = 1.42; B/M = 1.42.
