    Collection 11403 was collected by H.J. Beker on 24th October 2005 in El Truy, Girona, SPAIN (41.6391°N, 2.4828°E, altitude approximately 470 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland with a substrate of mossy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Pileus: 18–36 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters crenulate, smooth, sulcate; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous no; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre yellowish brown; and colour at margin pale cream; with remains of universal veil no.

    Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 4 mm; number of complete lamellae 66; tears visible with x10 lens; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 22–43 x 4–6 {median} x 4–8 {basal} mm; stipe Q 5.1–8.8; base clavate, cylindrical; floccosity pruinose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 7.8; smell raphanoid; taste not recorded.

    Spore deposit colour: yellowish brown.

    Exsiccata: normal.

    Basidia: 29.3–33.8 x 9.2–10.2 μm; ave. Q = 3.2; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape clavate-stipitate, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features apical thickening, median thickening; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.84; A/B = 1.38; B/M = 1.44.

    Pleurocystidia: no.

    Ixocutis: epicutis thickness (measured from exsiccata) 150 μm; ixocutis maximum hyphae width 6 μm; ixocutis hyphae encrustation no; shape of trama elements beneath subcutis thinly sausage-shaped.

    Caulocystidia: analysis not yet complete.
