Collection 13074 (herbarium acc. no. C ØW-OW-H5-06) is Hebeloma cavipes.

    Collection 13074 was collected by Ø. Weholt (OW-H5-06) on 15th October 2006 in Råde Municipality, Rød Gård, Østfold, NORWAY (59.3227°N, 10.8356°E, altitude approximately 35 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Malvaceae (genus Tilia) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of soil and litter.
