Collection 16222 (herbarium acc. no. TNS 44988) is Hebeloma cavipes.

    Collection 16222 was collected by S. Takehashi on 6th October 2010 in Ishikari-shi Hamanasu no Oka Park Ishikari sand dune, Hokkaido, JAPAN (approx. 43.2576°N, 141.3599°E, altitude approximately 5 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as dune with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Dfa (Cold, no dry season, hot summer).
