Collection 12673 was collected by I. Kałucka, H.J. Beker on 23rd September 2008 in Mt Kamiensk , POLAND (51.2177°N, 19.4406°E, altitude approximately 355 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genera Larix and Pinus) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as mixed slagheap woodland plantation with a substrate of acidic, sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. Pileus: 23–28 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters serrate; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous not recorded; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre ochraceous; and colour at margin pale pinkish buff, pale yellow; with remains of universal veil no.
Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 5 mm; number of complete lamellae 46; tears visible with x10 lens; white fimbriate edge not recorded.
Stipe: 34–35 x 3–4 {median} x 3–4 {basal} mm; stipe Q 8.5–11.7; base cylindrical; floccosity floccose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow; stipe flesh discolouring from base weak; slenderness measure 14.0; smell none; taste not recorded.
Spore deposit colour: umber.

Basidia: 28.6–30.6 x 9.1–10.2 μm; ave. Q = 3.1; basidia spore nature not recorded.
Cheilocystidia: main shape clavate-stipitate, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features geniculate, septa; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.76; A/B = 1.30; B/M = 1.39.
Pleurocystidia: no.
