Collection 1000132 (herbarium acc. no. C JV-00-251) is Hebeloma cavipes. It is the holotype of heterotypic synonym Hebeloma vejlense Vesterh. (2005).

Description

    Collection 1000132 was collected by J. Vesterholt (00-251) on 3rd September 2000 in Vejle, Nordre Kirkegard UTM NG 349,750, EJ, DENMARK (approx. 55.719°N, 9.555°E, altitude approximately 75 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Malvaceae (genus Tilia) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of grassy soil.

    According to the GPS data the collection was in the Baltic mixed forests WWF ecoregion The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) have divided the world into 867 terrestrial ecoregions.     Lamellae: attachment not recorded; maximum depth not recorded; number of complete lamellae 76; tears absent; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 37–55 x 7–15 {median} x 7–15 {basal} mm; stipe Q 3.7–5.3; base cylindrical, tapering; floccosity floccose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 4.9; smell raphanoid; taste bitter weakly, raphanoid.

    Spore deposit colour: umber.
