Collection 12414 (herbarium acc. no. C JV-86-489) is Hebeloma cavipes.

    Collection 12414 was collected by S.A. Elborne, det: J. Vesterholt (86-489) on 21st August 1986 in Pohjois-Häme, Äänekoski, Parantala, FINLAND (approx. 62.64°N, 25.51°E, altitude approximately 135 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Betulaceae (genus Betula) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
