Collection 12466 (herbarium acc. no. WAG-W9523) is Hebeloma velutipes.

    Collection 12466 was collected by D.K. Aanen on 25th September 1995 in Hilpolstein, Roth, Bavaria, GERMANY (approx. 49.1833°N, 11.1833°E, altitude approximately 380 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Betula) and Pinaceae (genus Picea) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
