    Collection 18667 was collected by Y. Lamoureux on 2nd October 2009 in St-Alphonse-Rodriguez, Quebec, CANADA (approx. 46.2118°N, 73.7083°W, altitude approximately 210 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.

    Pileus: 20–36 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters involute; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting not recorded; hygrophanous not recorded; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre cream; and colour at margin pale cream; with remains of universal veil not recorded.

    Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 3 mm; number of complete lamellae 38; tears absent; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 25–50 x 4–8 {median} x 5–7 {basal} mm; stipe Q 3.5–8.3; base clavate, cylindrical; floccosity fibrillose, pruinose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base very strongly; slenderness measure 7.7; smell not recorded; taste not recorded.
