Collection 12400 (herbarium acc. no. TURA 26370) is Hebeloma discomorbidum.

    Collection 12400 was collected by J. Ruotsalainen, J. Vauras, det: J. Vesterholt on 27th August 2008 in Sodankylä Municipality, Luosto, Luostonloma, Sompion Lappi, FINLAND (approx. 67.1665°N, 26.8505°E, altitude approximately 350 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Pinaceae (genera Picea and Pinus), Salicaceae (genera Populus and Salix) and Betulaceae (genus Betula) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as arctic, mixed shrubland with a substrate of soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
