Collecting details

Collection 18439 was collected by V.S. Evenson, A.H. Smith (90630) on 28th August 1980 in Elk Camp, Burnt Mountain, Colorado, UNITED STATES (approx. 39.1875°N, 106.9352°W, altitude approximately 3000 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genera Abies and Picea) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as coniferous, subalpine woodland, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
