    Collection 16057 was collected by W. Sturgeon on 1st November 2016 in Waterworth Memorial Park, Salem, Columbiana Co., Ohio, UNITED STATES (approx. 40.91°N, 80.85°W, altitude approximately 380 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genera Pinus and Picea) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
