    Collection 16108 was collected by N. Siegel (TEL-001-15) on 12th August 2015 in Telluride Ski Mountain, Telluride, Colorado, UNITED STATES (approx. 37.9365°N, 107.8464°W, altitude approximately 2900 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as subalpine shrubland, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
