    Collection 10290 was collected by M. Lenne, det: H.J. Beker on 8th October 2004 in Reine, Luxembourg, BELGIUM (50.3019°N, 5.4318°E, altitude approximately 180 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genus Picea) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as mixed woodland with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Pileus: 66–75 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters smooth; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous not recorded; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre yellowish brown; and colour at margin pale yellow; with remains of universal veil no.

    Lamellae: attachment adnate, emarginate; maximum depth up to 6 mm; number of complete lamellae 80; tears visible with naked eye; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 83–85 x 12 {median} x 21 {basal} mm; stipe Q 6.9–7.1; base clavate; floccosity floccose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow, stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base weak; slenderness measure 8.4; smell cocoa, raphanoid; taste mild.

    Spore deposit colour: yellowish brown.

    Exsiccata: normal.
