Collection 12370 (herbarium acc. no. TURA 7242F, C C-F-17551) is Hebeloma hiemale.

    Collection 12370 was collected by J. Vauras, det: J. Vesterholt on 7th September 1992 in Åland, Jomale Municipality, Ramsholmen NR, FINLAND (approx. 60.09°N, 19.86°E, altitude approximately 10 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Betulaceae (genus Corylus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as woodland pastureland with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Dfb (Cold, no dry season, warm summer).

    Basidia: 26.1–37.6 x 8.7–9.7 μm; ave. Q = 3.5; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape clavate, gently clavate, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features apical thickening, median thickening; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.71; A/B = 1.26; B/M = 1.38.

    Pleurocystidia: no.
