Collection 11570 (herbarium acc. no. PDD88816) is Hebeloma hiemale.

    Collection 11570 was collected by P. Leonard (10406) on 10th April 2006 in Kaituna Track, Golden Bay, South Island, NEW ZEALAND (approx. 40.66°S, 172.55°E, altitude approximately 50 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as farmland hedgerow with a substrate of soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
