Collection 10612 (herbarium acc. no. C JV-04-636) is Hebeloma mesophaeum.

    Collection 10612 was collected by J. Vesterholt (04-636) on 23rd October 2004 in Vejle,Daemningen, N-end, EJ, DENMARK (approx. 55.71°N, 9.52°E, altitude approximately 5 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Populus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of grassy soil.
