Collection 1000588 was collected by W.A. Murrill (WAM430) on 20th October 1911 in Seattle, Washington, UNITED STATES (approx. 47.5359°N, 122.1204°W, altitude approximately 300 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as coniferous woodland with a substrate of wood, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
