Collection 1000422 was collected by A.H. Smith (35888), det: E. Grilli on 16th September 1950 in Cheboygan, Mackinaw City, Michigan, UNITED STATES (approx. 45.7839°N, 84.7278°W, altitude approximately 180 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

Cheilocystidia: main shape gently clavate, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features conglutinate, sinuate; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.58; A/B = 2.14; B/M = 0.81.
