    Collection 19969 was collected by N. Siegel (4703) on 20th December 2019 in Alachua Co., Owen Illinois Park, picnic area, Florida, UNITED STATES (approx. 29.632°N, 82.1977°W, altitude approximately 30 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as woodland with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Lamellae: attachment adnexed; maximum depth up to 5 mm; number of complete lamellae 72; tears absent; white fimbriate edge not recorded.

    Stipe: 43 x 7 {median} x 14 {basal} mm; stipe Q 6.1; base bulbous; floccosity pruinose at apex, velute; rooting no; mycelial chords yes.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 5.4; smell raphanoid; taste mild.
