Collection 19404 (herbarium acc. no. DAOM 26275) is Hebeloma neurophyllum.

    Collection 19404 was collected by not recorded (L196), det: J.W. Groves on 11th August 1950 in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, CANADA (approx. 60.0055°N, 111.8849°W, altitude approximately 200 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of soil.

    Spores: shape amygdaloid, limoniform; colour through microscope brown; guttulate no; papillate very strongly; Spore Code: O3; P2; D3.

    Basidia: 27.4–35.5 x 8.2–9.3 μm; ave. Q = 3.6; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape lageniform, ventricose; special features basal thickening; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.13; A/B = 0.80; B/M = 1.42.

    Pleurocystidia: no.
