Collection 1000111 (herbarium acc. no. ROHB00868) is Hebeloma subtortum. It is the holotype of heterotypic synonym Hebeloma flammuloides var. longiventriosopilis Quadr. (1985) ["1984"].

    Collection 1000111 was collected by G. Lonati, det: L. Quadraccia on 18th March 1983 in Castelfusano, Lazio, ITALY (approx. 41.7255°N, 12.3867°E, altitude approximately 25 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genus Pinus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
