    Collection 10723 was collected by P.B. Hansen, det: J. Vesterholt (00-315) on 10th September 2000 in Sogndal; Bollesteinseggi, W of Sogndal Valle, NORWAY (approx. 61.22°N, 6.97°E, altitude approximately 400 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as alpine meadow, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
