    Collection 15993 was collected by K. Haskins (161) on 28th September 1999 in Anoka, Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve, Minnesota, UNITED STATES (approx. 45.3875°N, 93.1657°W, altitude approximately 300 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
