    Collection 15332 was collected by C. Cripps (CLC3093) on 14th August 2014 in Beartooth Plateau, Site 3, Frozen Lake, Wyoming, UNITED STATES (approx. 44.9525°N, 109.4692°W, altitude approximately 3200 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as alpine meadow, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
