Collection 14965 was collected by G. Gulden (277/81) on 27th July 1981 in Hotellneset, Bjorndalen, SVALBARD (approx. 78.2502°N, 15.492°E, altitude approximately 0 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as arctic tundra with a substrate of mossy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
