    Collection 17370 was collected by G. Consiglio, det: E. Grilli (001028.01) on 28th October 2000 in località Catala, Calangianus (SS, Sardinia, ITALY (approx. 40.9185°N, 9.1876°E, altitude approximately 520 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland with a substrate of soil and litter, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
