    Collection 10295 was collected by M.L. Beker, det: H.J. Beker on 7th October 2004 in Foret de Soignes, Brussels, BELGIUM (50.791°N, 4.4016°E, altitude approximately 145 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Fagus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland with a substrate of calcareous, decomposed soil and litter, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Stipe: 25–34 x 13 {median} x 19 {basal} mm; stipe Q 1.9–2.6; base bulbous; floccosity floccose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 2.3; smell raphanoid; taste not recorded.
