Collection 1000193 is the lectotype of Hebeloma sacchariolens.Note: This icon described from France by Quélet, Bull. Soc. Amis Sci. Nat. Rouen, ser. 2 15: pl. 1 fig. 2, (1880) [“1879”] was designated as lectotype.

Collection 1000193 was collected by M.L. Quelet in 1880 in FRANCE . No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as woodland with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. Pileus: 20–30 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters not recorded; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting not recorded; hygrophanous not recorded; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre cinnamon, dark pinkish buff; and colour at margin not recorded; with remains of universal veil not recorded.
Lamellae: attachment adnate, emarginate; maximum depth up to 6 mm; number of complete lamellae 40; tears absent; white fimbriate edge present.
Stipe: 45–55 x 6–8 {median} x 8–10 {basal} mm; stipe Q 6.9–7.5; base not recorded; floccosity fibrillose, floccose at apex; rooting not recorded; mycelial chords not recorded.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow, stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base yes; slenderness measure 14.7; smell sacchariolentia, sweet; taste not recorded.
