Collection 1000135 is the lectotype of Hebeloma crustuliniforme.

Note: This icon, from Bulliard, Herb. Fr. 7: tab 308 (1787), was designated as lectotype by Vesterholt et al., Mycol. Progr. 13: 558 (2014), where it was incorrectly referred to as the holotype but this was corrected by Beker et al. 215 (2016), under Art. 9.9. Detailed data is not available for this collection.
