    Collection 16571 was collected by P. Kroeger, B. Kendrick, C. Kendrick, det: P. Kroeger on 13th September 2008 in Ramsay Island 2nd Beach, Haida Gwaii, British Columbia, CANADA (approx. 52.5653°N, 131.4247°W, altitude approximately 60 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.

    According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Cfb (Temperate, no dry season, warm summer).
