Collection 12348 was collected by J. Vesterholt (08-425) on 28th October 2008 in W-Jyll.: Lyngvig Fyr N of Hvide Sande, WJ, DENMARK (56.049°N, 8.1012°E, altitude approximately 15 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as coastal, sloping dune pathside with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Dfb (Cold, no dry season, warm summer).

Pileus: 24–26 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters smooth; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous no; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre cinnamon, yellowish brown, umber; and colour at margin pale cream, pale pinkish buff; with remains of universal veil no.
Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 6 mm; number of complete lamellae 48; tears absent; white fimbriate edge weak.
Stipe: 21–23 x 4–5 {median} x 5–6 {basal} mm; stipe Q not recorded; base cylindrical, subbulbous; floccosity floccose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base weak; slenderness measure not recorded; smell raphanoid; taste mild, raphanoid.
