Collection 12337 was collected by J. Vesterholt (08-185) on 11th September 2008 in Närke: Tjälvesta & Snavlunda NR, S part, SWEDEN (58.9553°N, 14.896°E, altitude approximately 30 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Betula) and Salicaceae (genus Salix) were present.
The surrounding habitat was described as woodland roadside with a substrate of calcareous, disturbed, dry soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
