Collection 11200 was collected by H.J. Beker on 1st September 2005 in Han sur Lesse, Luxembourg, BELGIUM (50.1142°N, 5.1715°E, altitude approximately 155 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Carpinus) and Fagaceae (genera Fagus and Quercus) were present.
The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland with a substrate of bare, calcareous soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth not recorded; number of complete lamellae 54; tears absent; white fimbriate edge not recorded.
Stipe: 24–35 x 4–5 {median} x 4–6 {basal} mm; stipe Q 6.0–7.0; base cylindrical; floccosity pruinose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base yes; slenderness measure 6.2; smell raphanoid; taste not recorded.
