    Collection 15842 was collected by M. Shimabukuro, det: T. Fukiharu on 19th June 2000 in Kunigami-gun, Onna-son, Akama, Okinawa, JAPAN (approx. 26.4694°N, 127.8421°E, altitude approximately 75 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.

    Basidia: 15.0–21.6 x 5.0–6.2 μm; ave. Q = 3.2; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape cylindrical; special features septa, short; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.06; A/B = 1.15; B/M = 0.95.

    Pleurocystidia: no.
