    Collection 12475 was collected by D.K. Aanen on 13th October 1996 in Lunetten, Utrecht, Utrecht, NETHERLANDS (52.0345°N, 5.0756°E, altitude approximately 5 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
