    Collection 11775 was collected by P.-A. Moreau, det: H.J. Beker on 13th November 2006 in Abscon, Nord Pas de Calais, FRANCE (50.3237°N, 3.3022°E, altitude approximately 55 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Salix) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as calcareous, chalky quarry with a substrate of decomposed litter, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Pileus: 52–58 mm diameter; shape convex; margin characters smooth; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting yes; hygrophanous no; colour variation unicolor; with colour at centre dark pinkish buff; and colour at margin not recorded; with remains of universal veil no.

    Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 7 mm; number of complete lamellae 44; tears absent; white fimbriate edge absent.

    Stipe: 74–86 x 6–8 {median} x 6–8 {basal} mm; stipe Q 9.3–14.3; base cylindrical; floccosity fibrillose; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior hollow; stipe flesh discolouring from base yes; slenderness measure 17.3; smell sacchariolentia, sweet; taste not recorded.

    Spore deposit colour: brownish olive.

    Exsiccata: dark, lamellae blackening.

    Basidia: 33.6–33.7 x 8.1–8.8 μm; ave. Q = 4.0; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape clavate, gently clavate, cylindrical; special features sparse; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.27; A/B = 1.46; B/M = 0.91.

    Pleurocystidia: no.
