Collection 11333 (herbarium acc. no. C-F-76167) is Hebeloma laterinum.

    Collection 11333 was collected by I. Salcedo (JV-05-562, JV-05-563, JV-05-564), det: H.J. Beker on 20th October 2005 in Markina, Biscay, SPAIN (42.9676°N, 2.8146°W, altitude approximately 655 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genus Pinus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as coniferous woodland with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Cortina present: no.

    Pileus: 22–55 mm diameter; shape umbonate; margin characters crenulate; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting yes; hygrophanous no; colour variation unicolor; with colour at centre dark pinkish buff; and colour at margin cream; with remains of universal veil yes.

    Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 5 mm; number of complete lamellae 75; tears visible with x10 lens; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 36–63 x 6–20 {median} x 6–26 {basal} mm; stipe Q 2.4–9.0; base clavate; floccosity floccose at apex; rooting weak; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base very strongly; slenderness measure 8.3; smell tea; taste not recorded.

    Spore deposit colour: brownish olive.

    Exsiccata: dark, hard.

    Basidia: 28.5–30.5 x 6.2–6.6 μm; ave. Q = 4.7; basidia spore nature not recorded.

    Cheilocystidia: main shape cylindrical; special features branching, clamped septa; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 0.95; A/B = 0.97; B/M = 1.00.

    Pleurocystidia: no.
