    Collection 20611 was collected by A.H. Smith (AHS1637) on 25th July 1935 in Washtenaw, Ann Arbor, Michigan, UNITED STATES (approx. 42.2808°N, 83.743°W, altitude approximately 250 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as woodland with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
