    Collection 19689 was collected by M.E. Smith (MES-2216) on 6th January 2017 in Rock Creek neighborhood, Gainesville, Florida, UNITED STATES (approx. 29.6781°N, 82.3764°W, altitude approximately 50 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
