Collection 19415 (herbarium acc. no. DAOM 231984) is Hebeloma colvinii.

    Collection 19415 was collected by N. Ironside on 14th June 2003 in on the property next to Smith's, Manitoulin Co., Robinson Twp., Ontario, CANADA (approx. 45.8°N, 82.7935°W, altitude approximately 180 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genus Abies) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as dune with a substrate of sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     Pileus: 35–52 mm diameter; shape umbilicate, umbonate; margin characters eroded, striate; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting not recorded; hygrophanous not recorded; colour variation two-colour; with colour at centre orange-brown; and colour at margin not recorded; with remains of universal veil not recorded.

    Lamellae: attachment adnate; maximum depth up to 5 mm; number of complete lamellae 55; tears absent; white fimbriate edge present.

    Stipe: 50 x 5 {median} x 6–7 {basal} mm; stipe Q 10.0; base sand bulb; floccosity fibrillose, pruinose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords no.

    Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base yes; slenderness measure 12.0; smell none; taste raphanoid strongly.
