Collection 19285 was collected by M. Theiss (MB-011595) on 27th April 2019 in Meander Forest Reserve, Split Rock Trail, Tasmania, AUSTRALIA (approx. 41.7328°S, 146.509°E, altitude approximately 1100 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Myrtaceae (genus Eucalyptus) and Nothofagaceae (genus Nothofagus) were present.
The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland with a substrate of boggy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
