    Collection 16199 was collected by H. Mori on 4th October 2001 in Tatsunokuchi town zoo, Ishikawa, JAPAN (approx. 36.4338°N, 136.5457°E, altitude approximately 50 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
